My tablet or my phone is stuck, and reboots in a loop !

That's what we call a "bootloop" Often caused by a device that is low on battery and shuts down during an update. It can be quite heavy, but in most cases it is possible to unstuck the device !

Tip : always fully charge your mobile or your tablet before an update.

My computer is slow...

Many causes exist... Too many programs running in the background, an operating system that is too intensive, wrong settings. We are here to sort things out and restore your machine to its prime !

Tip : only install what you really need.

My laptop displays a black screen, it's not turning on anymore.

Often it's scary, but not as bad as it seems. The cause is often a depleted battery, or a short somewhere. If the computer turns on (the fan spins) but the screen stays black, it indicates a boot manager issue. In any case, we can help you and provide a solution to this common problem.

This can seem a huge issue, but in most cases there is no data loss.

I get an I/O error when I click on my files...

Warning ! Your drive might be about to die ! Or in the best case you have a faulty cable connection. In any case you must imperatively stop using the computer (or the drive if it's external) and have it diagnosed by an expert. This way you can save the data that's on the volume.
