Can I send you my computer for repair ?
Absolutely, we do mail-in repairs, shipping fees may apply depending on your location.

How long does it take to receive a quote ?
Usually a few business days, for simple projects or repairs we can come up with a quote in 1-2 days, for complex ones we might need to get in touch with you to elaborate !

Can I drop you my machine for repairs or upgrades ?
Of course, you can drop your computer, phone, tablet or anything at our workshop in Pouligny Notre-Dame (Indre) or Port-Leucate (Aude).

Can you come to me to check my hardware ?
Yes, we do on-site interventions. Depending on your location, travel fees may apply. We are based in Central France but can travel internationally.

What if my package gets lost in shipping ?
We strongly advise you to purchase insurance from the shipping company if you send us valuable devices ! It is the shipping company's responsibility to transport the parcel safely.
